Official photography coverage of Magnificon Winter 2025, one of Poland's largest anime and Japanese pop culture conventions, held at EXPO Kraków. As the sole official photographer, I was responsible for documenting the entire two-day event across two exhibition halls and multiple conference rooms, where dozens of activities took place simultaneously. My coverage included international guests, cosplay, exhibitors and artist booths, stage performances, discussion panels, workshops, live concerts and the overall atmosphere of the convention. Working from early morning until the end of each day required careful planning, adaptability and efficient time management to ensure every key moment was captured despite the scale of the event. To support the organizer's communication strategy, a curated selection of 20–30 professionally edited photographs was delivered at the end of each day, allowing immediate publication across social media and promotional channels. The complete gallery was finalized and delivered within one week, providing a comprehensive visual archive for future marketing, press coverage and event promotion.
